Hi there! Leonor here, Adage’s new(ish) Director of Product. I’m excited to be sharing with you some of the awesome things our team has been up to in the past year – we’ve been busy!

We’ve upgraded SmartSeat and ACE Commerce®  

SmartSeat has had 7 releases in the past year, ACE Commerce has had 4 releases. In terms of product improvements, we’ve added the following big items to each product (and lots of little ones too):

The team has grown and changed

Since last year, Adage has added new team members to work on our products, as well as augmented our resourcing during critical peak times. We also increased our Agile maturity, ramped up teamwork, and even got together a couple times in person (a bunch of us are working remotely).

We’ve defined our next ACE Commerce® and SmartSeat roadmaps

As you may know, we’ve been heads down working to build product compatibility with Tessitura V16, Microsoft .NET Core and newer CMS versions. This has taken up the bulk of our time in the past year, but we are now approaching the point where we can transition to new roadmaps. Here’s what we’re currently thinking (and quick disclaimer, all roadmap information is subject to change without notice):
