Make membership management clear and easy. Renewal reminder banners can be set months in advance and be updated with countdowns to renewal time.

Management Tools

On-account credit display, digital membership cards and donation history with tax forms are practical and appreciated membership management tools organizations can offer.

Digital Tickets

Digital tickets offer ease of access to customers. Using a barcode or QR code, digital tickets are sent via email. From ACE Account, they can be added to a mobile device or shared via mobile device (Apple Wallet).

A generous alternative to returns, ticket donations allow patrons to gift their seats if they are unable to attend a performance.
