ACE’s subscription model relies on the idea that subscriptions don’t have to be rigid or complicated to be excellent sources of revenue. Fixed, flex and super subscriptions are all managed online, allowing you to save time and mailing expenses while providing a superior customer experience. This component must be combined with Adage’s SmartSeat^TM to allow your most valued customers to select their own seats for their season.

Filterable Listings

Subscription listing pages allow customers to filter by production, day, time and venue name (for fixed packages).

Seated or Unseated

Determine if packages should employ the seated or unseated pathway from the CMS. Use SmartSeat^TM to let customers select their own seats.

User Control

When it’s time to renew, subscribers can view their full season and chose to renew, edit or cancel. Give subscribers control to edit their quantity, price type, zone, seating preferences, add renewal notes or to pick a completely different package!
