We’re excited to announce four clients are live with SmartSeat v2, Adage’s mobile SYOS product.
Adage has been reimaging our SYOS product for several years and we are so excited to have this new version operational and out in the wild. Our pilot group of users have been instrumental in providing feedback and customer insight. These notes have resulted in additional features to the product, improving both the patron’s seat-selection experience and the organization’s control of their SYOS.
We are honored to announce the following organizations are using SmartSeat for their seat selection:
- The Cleveland Orchestra
- New York City Center
- Brooklyn Academy of Music
- SFJAZZ
We are over the moon to share some of the success these clients already seeing with SmartSeat v2.
“We are no longer turning away mobile ticket buyers.” says Ryan Buckley, Assistant Director for Digital Marketing at The Cleveland Orchestra. “We are converting people that traditionally would have left. Bounce rates from within seat selection have decreased by almost half.”
Having a sleek, highly functional, mobile seat selection tool was critical for the Cleveland Orchestra. In the first two months following the installation of SmartSeat their mobile conversion rate increased 44%.
Their global conversion rate year over year was 62% higher in the first month on the new SYOS.
In addition to the key metrics Cleveland Orchestra was targeting, the switch to SmartSeat v2 has provided some unforeseen benefits.
“Our shows have been over-performing since we launched SmartSeat v2,” says Buckley, “overall conversion rates are globally higher and, in general, our revenue is higher since we’ve done this.”
