The Problem: Building and Improving Client and Internal Facing Apps
Kaufman uses multiple different apps to manage communications and workflows with their clients. These apps are used for creating tax returns, secure document sharing, sending deliverables, and generating reports.
Kaufman needed UX/UI designer to help them continuously improve their apps to streamline workflows and improve the user experience both internally and externally. Some of Kaufman’s processes are difficult to find in most out-of-box systems, so they needed someone with the skills to build their customizations.

With the addition of Adage’s UX/UI designer, Kaufman Apps has been able to continuously improve and streamline its processes. Our designer worked closely with Kaufman stakeholders to discover, design, and implement UX updates that allow for seamless sharing of sensitive documents with clients.
Kaufman Rossin also incorporated data from multiple platforms into a singular app, optimizing workflows and providing comprehensive data visualization.
In addition, Adage built and launched custom updates to reduce reliance on extensive filters, while implementing a custom design for their data management platform to reflect brand identity and improve navigation.
We also integrated their internal applications with external databases to present key information in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
