As a Lead UX Designer, you’ll drive UX engagements from start to finish, taking ownership of discovery, direction, and vision. Your strength in developing trust with executive-level stakeholders will allow you to connect strategy with execution as you guide UX.
In leading the discovery process, working closely with clients to understand the business and identify visionary goals. Your knowledge of user experience design, analytics, agile, and digital will be instrumental in creating industry-leading platforms for our client partners.
You’ll collaborate with the strategy, UX, web development team, and project delivery teams on application design, identifying and mitigating risks. You’ll exemplify servant leadership to motivate, challenge, and guide engagements that fulfill our partners’ digital vision.
- 7+ Years Leading User Experience Design Process
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human-Computer Interaction, Innovation, or Computer Science, Design, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
