We’re looking for strategic, creative thinkers, with a drive for discovering, envisioning, and driving digital engagements for purpose-driven organizations.

As Senior Digital Strategy Consultant, you’ll drive digital transformation projects from start to finish, taking ownership of strategic direction and vision. Your strength in developing trust with executive-level stakeholders will allow you to connect strategy with execution as you guide organizational change.

In leading the discovery process, working closely with clients to understand the business and identify visionary goals. Your knowledge of user experience design, analytics, agile, and digital will be instrumental in creating industry-leading platforms for our client partners.

You’ll collaborate with the strategy, UX, web development team, and project delivery teams on application design, identifying and mitigating risks. You’ll exemplify servant leadership to motivate, challenge, and guide your cross-functional scrum teams to deliver engagements that fulfill the digital vision.

  • 7+ Years Leading Digital Engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human-Computer Interaction, Innovation, or Computer Science, Design, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

The relationship with clients and translate customer ideas into new business as the trusted advisor, partner, and Adage ambasador.

Collaborate

With our business development and technical staff to quickly and accurately complete scoping documents, business cases, ROI, SOW’s, and other technical deliverables in the sales process.

Generate Demand

With thought leadership and insight delivering marketing content, presentations, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
