Experience Level

  • 10 to 12 years of UX/UI design experience with large-scale, integrated websites or digital products

If you are someone who wants to be part of the solution and help to lead and mentor others in the practice of user experience, you’ll be the perfect addition to our Strategy and Design team.

As an Associate UX/UI Design Director, you will not only lead UX/UI efforts with our larger customers, but you’ll also help to develop the next generation of our UX/UI team to help customers on their digital journey. Using design thinking workshops, interviews, and other methods of discovery, you’ll set the tone for their entire digital presence by creating information architecture, site maps, user journeys, and functional prototypes. The end result is a vision, roadmap, and user experience that will last for years.

You’ll also help with designs of your own while guiding the team with their creative direction for our customers.  With your help our design team create new and exceptional designs for our customers in performing arts, associations, and manufacturing that will impact millions.

Demonstrate

Strong skills in, and understanding of, modern design processes, including design tools such as Figma, Axure, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Support

Our clients, developing long-term strategies based on business and user needs, market trends, and new technologies. Establish and nurture good client working relationships.

Promote

A culture of innovation in a multidisciplinary team, creating an inclusive open experience for the team to do their best work.

Mentor

Team members with an openness to being mentored and learning from your team.

Oversee

Projects from inception to completion, reviewing project plans, designs, and deliverables.
